Home remedies
PREVENTION:
1. HOME REMEDY: Ginger Juice 1tsp., Basil Juice 1 tsp., Raw Honey 1 tsp., Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp.
Directions: Mix all the ingredients mentioned above. Take twice a day before breakfast and dinner.
2. HOME REMEDY: Garlic 1 clove, Jaggery or Raw Sugar ½ tsp.
Directions: Crush Garlic, mix with Jaggery or Raw Sugar. Take twice a day after meals.
HERBAL SUPPLEMENTS: Rasayanyog, Jivanyog, Divyaswas Jivan,
Directions: Take 2 tablets of each supplement twice a day, half an hour before meals.
DIET: Don’ts: No dairy such a milk, cheese, yogurt, buttermilk etc. No wheat, No sour and fermented food. No icy cold drinks. No soft drinks. No tomatoes.
Do’s: Moong Soup, Vegetable Soup, and Lots of Green leafy vegetables fully cooked.
